IMPACT Strategies, Inc. announces the completion of the new U-Haul facility in Wentzville, Missouri, at the intersection of Hwy 70 & David Hoekel Parkway. The new 124,056 square-foot self-storage warehouse is IMPACT’s third project with U-Haul.
The project consists of a three-story tilt-up self-storage warehouse containing 269 self-storage lockers units and a one-story U-Box storage facility. This new Wentzville location brings additional moving and storage services to the West St. Louis region.
This marks the firm’s third completed project with U-Haul, with the first project located in Springfield, IL and the second project located in Champaign, IL. All three projects total 290,306 square feet of new facilities for U-Haul, the industry leader in DIY moving since 1945.
“We are honored to have repeat clients like U-Haul who continue to look to us as their Trusted Advisor during the entire design and construction process.” stated IMPACT Strategies Vice President, Project Development & Strategy, Nick Walker. “IMPACT’s early involvement and strong partnership ultimately helps optimize the project timeline.”
IMPACT Strategies served as construction manager in Wentzville, Missouri with Aesus Group as the architect-of-record for the project. The completion of this project adds to the depth of IMPACT’s experience and expertise in constructing warehousing facilities.
