Mr. Hinrichs is a business entrepreneur who is involved with several highly successful businesses in Southwestern Illinois. Mr. Hinrichs began his career in the construction industry in 1982 and continues to make his mark in the St. Louis metropolitan construction arena as co-founder and president of the highly regarded commercial building company, IMPACT Strategies, which he and his partner, Mike Christ, launched in 2002. He is a Board Member for the Boy Scouts, Lewis & Clark Council and former member of the Southern Illinois University Board of Trustees. Mr. Hinrichs contributes professionally and personally to various other civic organizations, including serving in a board capacity for Leadership Council Southwestern Illinois, St. Clair County Advisory Board on Development Impact Fees and the Southern Illinois Builders Association. He is also involved with the American Diabetes Association as 2014 Vice-Chair of Corporate Recruitment for the annual Step Out Walk. Prior to his 30 years of construction experience, Mr. Hinrichs earned a bachelor of science from the School of Technical Careers from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
Mr. Christ has been in the construction industry since 1987. After completing his formal education at Kansas State University with a degree in Construction Science and Management, he has successfully worked in the many facets of the construction business including pre-construction, project management, estimating, and business management. In 2002, he helped launch IMPACT Strategies, and is today in charge of pre-construction services and construction operations of this well respected commercial building contractor. Mr. Christ currently participates in civic organizations, including serving on the Construction Leadership Institute Board for Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville.
