Clement Pre-Owned Supercenter

As the Construction Manager, IMPACT Strategies managed the demolition of the existing sales building and construction of a new state-of-the-art building. IMPACT and Clement collaborated early in the preconstruction process, helping Clement identify areas of cost reduction and developing efficiencies for a progressive construction process. The project consists of a new 11,700 square foot building featuring a dynamic showroom with a celebration bay to commemorate clients new purchase, and an expanded new sales lot.
