IMPACT Strategies Inc. joined community leaders, racing enthusiasts, and distinguished project partners along with St. Clair County public officials to celebrate the grand opening of the new Belle-Clair Speedway, marking the completion of a world class motorsports destination in St. Clair County.
Serving as the Construction Manager, IMPACT Strategies partnered with the Public Building Commission of St. Clair County to bring St. Clair County’s vision to life, constructing a state-of-the-art racing facility designed to deliver an exceptional experience for drivers, fans, and the entire racing community.
The new Belle-Clair Speedway features modern grandstands, concessions, restroom facilities, hospitality and VIP spaces, enhanced accessibility, improved site infrastructure, and other amenities that create a first-class venue for racing events and community gatherings.

From site development through final construction, IMPACT Strategies worked closely with the numerous project stakeholders and related partners to deliver a high-quality facility built for performance, safety, and long-term success.
The grand opening marks the beginning of a new chapter for Belle-Clair Speedway along with the reemergence of Fair St. Clair as it welcomes drivers, spectators, and community members for a full schedule of racing events, special programming, and an array of Fair-related activities.
The completion of Belle-Clair Speedway adds to IMPACT Strategies’ growing portfolio of sports, recreation, and entertainment facilities, reinforcing the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional construction solutions across the Southern Illinois and St. Louis region.
