IMPACT Strategies, Inc. is proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of the new St. Luke’s Medical Building in St. Peters, Missouri. The ceremony, held at the future site of the 15,000-square-foot facility at 5940 Mexico Road, marks the start of construction on a state-of-the-art healthcare facility designed to enhance access to patient-centered medical services in St. Charles County and surrounding communities.

The event brought together St. Luke’s leadership, community representatives, and project partners to commemorate this exciting milestone. Among the attendees were Andy Bagnall, President & CEO of St. Luke’s; Len Pagano, Mayor of St. Peters; and executive members of Pitt Development, Archimages as the designer and IMPACT Strategies as the Construction Manager. Nick Walker, a Vice President for IMPACT Strategies stated, “IMPACT Strategies is honored to collaborate with St. Luke’s and PITT Development on this project. Our healthcare construction expertise and shared commitment to community well-being makes this partnership especially meaningful.”
The 15,000-square-foot building will feature advanced outpatient services, specialty care, and modern medical technologies—all designed to improve patient experience and outcomes. Strategically located just east of Spencer Road and Mexico Road, the new facility will provide convenient access for residents in the growing St. Charles County region.

IMPACT Strategies is serving as the Construction Manager, working in collaboration with Pitt Development Group. Once complete, the facility will create new opportunities for healthcare access and local employment, supporting the area’s continued growth and vitality.
