Ladue, MO – June 3, 2025

IMPACT Strategies, Inc. has recently commenced construction aimed at enhancing accessibility and renovating the restroom facilities at Community School, located at 900 Lay Road in Ladue, MO. This project includes the installation of a state-of-the-art elevator, which will provide access to all floors for the first time, thereby improving accessibility for students, staff, and visitors alike. Importantly, this initiative also seeks to preserve the historic integrity of the building, which is over 100 year-old.

As the construction manager, IMPACT Strategies is overseeing the demolition and renovation of the restrooms adjacent to the cafeteria, as well as the upgrade of the elevator system to ensure comprehensive access throughout the facility.

“We are excited to collaborate with The DESCO Group and leverage our expertise in educational facilities to contribute to this important project for Community School,” stated Nick Walker, Vice President of Project Development & Strategy at IMPACT Strategies.

IMPACT is planning for completion in August 2025, in time for the new school year.
