IMPACT Strategies, Inc. has completed construction on the new Clement Pre-Owned Supercenter Dealership in St. Charles, Missouri at 3621 Veterans Memorial Parkway off Interstate 70 between the Zumbehl and Cave Springs exits. With a carefully planned phased execution, Clement was able to stay operational at this location throughout the project.
As the Construction Manager, IMPACT Strategies managed the demolition of the existing sales building and construction of a new state-of-the-art building. IMPACT and Clement collaborated early in the preconstruction process, helping Clement identify areas of cost reduction and developing efficiencies for a progressive construction process. The project consists of a new 11,700 square foot building featuring a dynamic showroom with a celebration bay to commemorate clients new purchase, a dedicated service drive, and an expanded new sales lot. IMPACT has begun construction on their second project with Clement Auto Group consisting of a new 63,360 square-foot Service Center in St. Charles.
