When Jack Schmitt needed a new prototype Chevrolet dealership built in Wood River, IMPACT Strategies was called in for the job. Having done five other projects for the Schmitt family, IMPACT was knowledgeable about the client and the expectations for this new state-of-the-art facility.
The final 33,000-square-foot store has been deemed one of the most technologically advanced and energy efficient dealerships in the St. Louis Metro East according to its owner. Executive manager Tom Gerke said, “IMPACT Strategies worked hard to make sure we maximized our space efficiencies along with minimizing building costs.”
