IMPACT Strategies continues its partnership with U.S. Capital Development (USCD.) A collaborative approach to a build-to-suit 140,000 square foot industrial facility in Fort Wayne, IN led to delivering a fast-track project to the Fortune 100 beverage company occupying the space nearby to the Airport.
