IMPACT Strategies is pleased to announce the promotions of several team members as we move into the exciting New Year of 2024. The continued development of the skills and contributions of our team is essential to our commitment to continuous improvement fueled by innovation.
Mike Voss – Project Director
IMPACT Strategies has promoted Mike Voss from Senior Project Manager to Project Director. Mike has dedicated the past fourteen years of his career to IMPACT Strategies and has grown into a key leader in our Operations Group. Voss’ leadership role has expanded over the last couple years as he successfully led and completed the firm’s largest project in our history at the AMEREN headquarters in St. Louis. Voss has 30 plus years of construction experience and is a graduate of Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville with a degree in Construction Management.
Eric Tucker – Project Manager
Eric Tucker has been promoted from Assistant Project Manager to Project Manager. Eric has continued to take on additional responsibilities and enhanced leadership on projects leading to his promotion. In his new role, Tucker will take on increased project management responsibilities for clients such as Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation and U-Haul. Tucker is a graduate of Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville with a degree in Construction Management and has been with IMPACT Strategies since 2019.
Gerica Stucker – Payroll & HR Specialist
IMPACT Strategies has promoted Gerica Stucker from Accounting Coordinator to Payroll & HR Specialist. Since joining the IMPACT team in 2022, Stucker has been instrumental in transitioning payroll into a new system while continuing to take on human resources and payroll responsibilities. Stucker holds an Associate of Science degree from Southeastern Illinois College.
