TAMAR II
IMPACT Strategies returned to its roots in Shiloh to construct the TAMAR II Office Building immediately adjacent to where the company built its very first project in 2002 for the same client.
The new office building was completed three weeks ahead of schedule, allowing the primary tenant, HSHS Medical Group, ample time to move in before their targeted deadline. The team collaborated with EWR Associates Inc. of Fairview Heights, the project’s architectural design firm.
