Roles & Responsibilities Include:
Operations Coordination
- Coordination and tracking of all Subcontractor and lower tier Subcontractor insurance
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Accounting Coordination
- Compilation of supporting documents for monthly owner pay applications
- Assistance as needed on set-up of new projects
- Compiling asset backup documents
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Executive Coordination to the President
- All administrative tasks as assigned by Mark Hinrichs
- Check outgoing mailbox daily
- Add appointments to calendar
- Travel arrangements
- Scan and send documents
- Personal vehicle coordination/communication
Office Coordination
- Assistance with front desk coverage
- Tracking of company vehicles and plate renewals
