Roles & Responsibilities Include:

Operations Coordination

  • Coordination and tracking of all Subcontractor and lower tier Subcontractor insurance
  • Other administrative tasks as needed

Accounting Coordination

  • Compilation of supporting documents for monthly owner pay applications
  • Assistance as needed on set-up of new projects
  • Compiling asset backup documents
  • Other administrative tasks as needed

Executive Coordination to the President

  • All administrative tasks as assigned by Mark Hinrichs
  • Check outgoing mailbox daily
  • Add appointments to calendar
  • Travel arrangements
  • Scan and send documents
  • Personal vehicle coordination/communication

Office Coordination

  • Assistance with front desk coverage
  • Tracking of company vehicles and plate renewals
