Police Dept. Headquarters & Parking Garage

IMPACT’s turnkey construction management services enabled the Belleville Police Department to seamlessly move its entire operations and 911 personnel to a new state-of-the-art police headquarters. It’s the first time members of the force and the administration and staff have worked together under one roof.

The complex, multi-million construction project involved a complete transformation of an existing 44,000-square-foot three-story building, and the addition of an extended sally port and new parking garage able to store the department’s entire vehicle fleet. The building’s other features include a 9-1-1 emergency dispatch center built to withstand
an F-5 tornado and increased prisoner capacity.
