MidAmerica STL Airport Refrigerated Air Cargo Building

A long-standing relationship and multiple successful projects for the St. Clair County Public Building Commission earned IMPACT Strategies the job of constructing a new, 36,000 square foot perishable food warehouse at MidAmerica St. Louis Airport.

The warehouse serves as a year-round distribution center for fresh fruit shipped to customers in the United States, Canada, Latin America and Europe from international grower-owned cooperative, North Bay Produce. The warehouse is the company’s first in the Midwest.
