GFS Marketplace - St. Peters

IMPACT had just completed construction of the St. Louis area’s first GFS Marketplace Store when the company was offered the opportunity to build the St. Peters, Missouri store for the national retailer.

IMPACT’s proven ability to manage the various complexities of the first project made it a logical choice for GFS to hire IMPACT again. The store’s aggressive construction schedule was accomplished due to a collaborative effort by IMPACT and GFS Marketplace to coordinate all aspects of the fast-tracked project.
