Gateway Industrial Power

IMPACT built this project in an area north of the Eastport Plaza development in Collinsville. It was the first of several light industrial and warehousing facilities in that area and served as a catalyst for further development.

The project featured tilt-up concrete construction and was completed under an accelerated schedule.
