Belleville Crossing is the first major retail development in west Belleville in more than 40 years. This $90 million landmark project, anchored by national retailers Home Depot and Target, has served as a catalyst for further economic growth along the Highway 15 corridor.
The DESCO Group selected IMPACT Strategies to lead construction of the 123,000 square foot junior retail center that is part of the development. Tenants include PetsMart, Office Max and Famous Footwear.
