Belleville’s City Hall, a building designed by renowned architect Charles King nearly 60 years ago, is getting a facelift and some long overdue renovations.  IMPACT Strategies is working collaboratively with the City to maintain the integrity of the historic building while making necessary updates to bring it into compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
